How do you ensure chandeliers are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized double-walled reinforced packaging and custom-fit high-density foam for every order. Each crystal component is individually wrapped to ensure your lighting fixture arrives in pristine condition.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we provide detailed installation manuals and all necessary mounting hardware, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for assembly and hardwiring to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your chandelier doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that customized or installed fixtures are not eligible for return.
Are the light bulbs included with my purchase?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and dimming capabilities, bulbs are typically sold separately unless specified otherwise on the product page.
Do your chandeliers come with a warranty?
Yes, all ChandeliersLife products come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer warranty covering electrical components and finish defects under normal residential use.
Can I adjust the hanging height of my chandelier?
Most of our fixtures include adjustable chains or cables ranging from 4 to 6 feet, allowing you to customize the height to suit your ceiling and furniture layout.
