If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of receiving your chandelier to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fixture

  Carefully disassemble the lighting fixture and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all crystals, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for any damage, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
